Rap Music Now Inadmissible In Court?

On this wet, rainy day, I look at my blog backlog and ask the hard questions. Today: why did California ban rap music as evidence in criminal trials?

Is it the obvious answer?

Hey yo cop pigs,

This ain’t no kinda threat

Because I set my bars to rhymes

Not a warning that I’m blakk.

And if you think I suck as a rap artist…

California restricts use of rap lyrics in criminal trials after Gov. Newsom signs bill

h ttps://www.nbcnews.com/news/nbcblk/california-restricts-use-rap-lyrics-criminal-trials-gov-newsom-signs-b-rcna50271

By Variety, 30 September 2022

In a big win for creative expression, Gov. Gavin Newsom signed The Decriminalizing Artistic Expression Act, which restricts the use of rap lyrics as evidence in court in California.

They got soooo close to the acronym DACA!

In August, the Calif. Senate and Assembly unanimously approved the bill, AB 2799. Speaking to the importance of the legislation at a virtual bill signing ceremony were rap artists Killer Mike, Meek Mill, Too $hort, Ty Dolla $ign, YG, E-40 and Tyga, as well as CEO of the Recording Academy Harvey Mason Jr.

Killer Mike is happy that his lyrics will not be admissible in court. Hmm. Nobody ever accused ghetto culture of being subtle.

In a press release, the Black Music Action Coalition called the bill a “crucial step in the right direction” of not injecting racial bias into court proceedings, especially given the recent indictment of Young Thug and Gunna, whose lyrics were directly quoted and used against them in an ongoing RICO trial.

If you’ve wondered why such degenerate trash as rap music remains popular, the answer… as usual for clown world… is money laundering. Rap artists are notorious for being connected to the drug trade. How does a dealer put all that cash in the bank without any red flags? By purchasing his cousin’s music albums.

Don’t be too smug about your own culture, whitey. The Deep State has been doing the same thing for the same reason with postmodern artwork. You know, the stuff that looks like fingerpainting by a crack addict? Because it is?

“For too long, prosecutors in California have used rap lyrics as a convenient way to inject racial bias and confusion into the criminal justice process,” said Dina LaPolt, entertainment attorney and co-founder of Songwriters of North America. “This legislation sets up important guardrails that will help courts hold prosecutors accountable and prevent them from criminalizing Black and Brown artistic expression.

However did artistic expression result in a RICO trial?

Young Thug’s Indictment Quotes His Own Lyrics. Here’s Why That’s Controversial

h ttps://www.billboard.com/business/legal/young-thug-indictment-quotes-lyrics-controversial-1235069258/

By Bill Honahue, 10 May 2022

Young Thug, whose real name is Jeffery Lamar Williams, was arrested Monday after a grand jury returned a 88-page indictment against him, Gunna, and 26 of others alleged members of Young Slime Life, a purported street gang that prosecutors say wrought “havoc in our community” since 2012.

Another Saturday night in the ‘hood. If Lamar has the subtlety of naming himself Young Thug and his gang Slime Life, then there’s every chance that he’d base his rap music on his own, actual murders.

In technical terms, Young Thug stands accused of both participating in an illegal gang and conspiring to violate Georgia’s Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act – a state version of the federal law that’s been famously used to target the mafia and other large criminal enterprises.

To bring a RICO charge, prosecutors need the show the various individual actions that contributed to the overall criminal conspiracy. The indictment handed down this week had no shortage of such “overt predicate acts” allegedly committed by the various YSL members, including murder, carjacking, armed robbery, drug dealing, illegal firearm possession and litany of other wrongdoing.

But at least five of the acts listed in the indictment were just examples of Young Thug’s music.

In one song cited by prosecutors called “Slime Shit,” the rapper said: “I’m in the VIP and got that pistol on my hip, you prayin that you live I’m prayin that hit, hey, this that slime s—.” In another passage cited in the indictment, Young Thug rapped in 2021 that “I killed his man in front of his momma, like f— lil bruh, sister and his cousin,” and “my trigger start itching.” Some of the lyrics made direct reference to YSL, but many others didn’t. In the case of each quote, prosecutors called it “an overt act in furtherance of the conspiracy.”

The boldfaced is Lamar continuing to NOT be subtle.

The indictment often directly quoted from Young Thug’s music, like a 2018 video in which he rapped, “I never killed anybody but got something to do with that body.” Prosecutors claim such statements were made “in furtherance” of the gang’s criminal enterprise.

If Slime Life members were purchasing Young Thug’s music with their drug money so the bank wouldn’t ask questions, then yeah, that’s furtherance of a criminal enterprise. WHAT DID I JUST WRITE?!

So, out of an 88-page indictment they found some rap music references that actually mention gang members and their activities. And that’s a bad thing somehow.

“The tactic denies the artistic heritage, nature, and value of rap music, and strips the work and authors of all creative effort, as well as internal and external context that should inform one’s understanding of the music,” said Andrea Dennis, a professor at the University of Georgia School of Law who co-wrote a book on the subject, in an interview with Billboard earlier this year.

Nothing helps me understand rap music like reading the contextual indictment. Here’s another one!

Fight over rap lyrics at New York murder trial

h ttps://www.yahoo.com/entertainment/news/fight-over-rap-lyrics-york-murder-trial-174742777.html

By Tom Hays for AP, 29 April 2014

NEW YORK (AP) — When he wasn’t busy being what prosecutors portray as the ruthless leader of a violent drug gang, Ronald Herron was moonlighting as a rapper known as Ra Diggs.

Herron’s gritty body of work, including music videos with titles like “Live by the Gun, Die by the Gun,” has become a point of contention as his murder case nears trial in federal court in Brooklyn. Jury selection began Tuesday.

Spoiler, he’s now doing life in prison.

In one video, Herron brags about wearing body armor, saying, “I’m gripped up, I’m vest upped … I’m ready for war man, on all fronts.” Both sides are awaiting a ruling on whether the government can show jurors portions of that recording and 12 others gathered during the investigation of a narcotics dealing enterprise.

It’s a legal question that isn’t isolated to Herron’s case.

In another case ending in a conviction last year, a Manhattan judge allowed prosecutors to show amateur rap video starring a defendant charged in a string of armed robberies, agreeing that it was evidence he had access to guns.

That’s hard to argue with. Also, that’s not the lyrics, that’s a photo of the perp holding a gun.

In the Herron case, prosecutors allege he lived his lyrics in a criminal career that began with his arrest as a teenager on robbery and weapons charges. By the late 1990s, he rose to a leadership role in a Bloods faction called the Murderous Mad Dogs that sold crack cocaine out of a housing project in his Brooklyn neighborhood, they say.

If the rap lyrics can be linked to a specific event, why should they not be admissible?

In 2001, Herron was charged in a fatal shooting. He was acquitted of murder but convicted of drug possession and sent to prison until 2007, when he went back to his neighborhood, reclaimed his turf and resumed killing rivals, prosecutors say.

One of the killings was payback for the 2009 shooting of one of Herron’s top lieutenants, nicknamed Moose, authorities said. Herron chased the shooter into the courtyard of a housing project and pumped several bullets into him, they said.

A video from a documentary-style series titled “Ra Diggs TV” shows the wounded Moose recovering in a hospital bed and talking to Herron about the fate of the man who shot him. Herron is heard saying, “See you soon at a cemetery near you, man.”

That counts as a specific event…

The defense has argued that the videos are fictional works of art expressing the 32-year-old Herron’s views on the hardships of inner-city life.

…and therefore NOT fiction.

Among the Ra Diggs rhymes cited by defense papers: “I ain’t working no slave at no age … And it’s like in this day and age, if I ain’t get paid, then the hammer’s getting cocked and something’s getting spray.”

Maybe vague threats shouldn’t be considered valid artistic expression. More than that, laziness CERTAINLY shouldn’t. Is it good, beautiful and/or true?

…eh, might be true. If hard time at Riker’s counts as laziness.

Comparing the videos to Johnny Cash singing in “Folsom Prison Blues” that he “shot a man in Reno just to watch him die,” the lawyers argued that their client’s recordings “cannot be fairly construed to mean the words express admissions of personal conduct, acts or even the author’s true beliefs.”

Well… if Johnny Cash had lived in Reno at the time, and was affiliated with a violent street gang called the Boogaloo Butchers, whose leader was nicknamed Mutha Fukka, and the police had an unsolved homicide that matched the rap song’s depictions… and Johnny waved a gun in the music video of the same caliber as the murder weapon… then maybe Johnny would have been indicted.

I love how Cadence Weapon answers his own question with a mug shot.

It’s the same old story everywhere in Clown World. These people are not sophisticated, neither Derp State nor Slime Balls. They’re scum, they’re insultingly obvious scum, and like the Watergate Scandal, the coverups are even worse than the crimes.

But we aren’t able to do anything about it.

Aren’t allowed, more like, and the more this goes on, the more I sense a spiritual wager at work a la Job. Testing how we react to various trials, how capably we run through the mouse mazes of unreality.

If you’re disheartened by the increase in wickedness, look at it this way: reality exists for YOU. To test you, develop your character, prove to the spiritual realm who you really are. These primates such as Ra Diggs and Young Thug? They’re nothing. They’re props on the stage of life, of no further interest to Christ, and the more they get celebrated and protected, the more I expect the other shoe to drop.

Even so, such wagers feel like a waste of time. God is omniscient; He’s got to know what my reaction would be to Mutha Fukka trying a home invasion on me. I would invite him to tea, play a Johnny Cash song to comfort him because Negroes all know who Johnny Cash is, and discuss ways that he might artistically express himself other than stealing loot that’ll just get spent on rap music.

Lehman Brothers Financialized My Tax Refund!

I come home from work and find yet another credit card in the mail. “You are pre-approved to go even deeper into debt! We’re so sure that you won’t ask questions about our low introductory rates that we included your new card in this easily stolen mailing!”

I don’t even open it. I can tell what it is just from holding it, not to mention the bank’s return address… not a bank I use… so I just turn to the paper shredder, a model I chose specifically because it can shred cards as easily as fingers, and…

Wait.

Why does THIS credit card offer have “tax refund” stamped on it?

Uh-oh.

As you probably don’t know but could guess if asked, the California state legislature has passed over ONE THOUSAND new laws over the 2022 legislative session. I legitimately no longer know if I’m committing a crime because 1. no human alive is even able to remember that many laws, 2. they’re being passed at such a high rate that merely reading them would be a part-time job and 3. stuff that used to be illegal, such as mescaline and murder, are now the hottest new trends, not to mention conditionally illegal.

As I opened & read the junk mailing, I discovered that one of those new laws is the “Better For Families Act”. In order to compensate for high inflation, the California government is giving away free money to everybody. Sigh. Even an economic numbskull like see can see the derp in that.

But no, they didn’t give that free money to everybody. They gave that free money to A PRIVATE, OUT-OF-STATE BANK on behalf of “everybody”. Such as me.

What this bank in New York City sent me is my “California Middle Class Tax Refund Card”. You read that right. Commiefornia legislature passed a one-time payout, called it a tax refund for whatever reason, then gave the peoples’ refunds to third parties.

If I want “my” money then I can open a new account with this New York Community Whatever Bank. After a certain amount of time, they’re allowed to confiscate the money if I don’t spend it. Or charge interest if I overspend it… it’s a Visa card!

I read the fine print and there’s a clause admitting I can also call their customer service number and request a paper check. Methinks that the number of Californians insane enough to read the fine print, and/or ask questions about odd and unexpected mailings that resemble junk mail, are pretty damn low.

Even the literacy of Californians is pretty damn low. Especially the new ones.

Even worse: this so-called refund IS EXEMPT FROM GARNISHMENT ORDERS. That would be a godsend if the money was sent directly to the men burdened with chilamony payments, but because it’s being sent to a private bank in their names instead, this exemption means it’s the banksters who don’t have to honor those child $upport payments.

They know the evil they do, and they revel in it, and they exempt themselves from it.

Either those banksters get new customers or they get free, tax-exempt money. Not counting the individuals who read the fine print, and we’re an extreme minority. I don’t call the governor Newscum for nothing; this is a brand-new way to monetize the government ledger. The kickbacks that he and his peers will get out of this scam will be enormous.

Let’s see who’s behind this scam… Money Network Financial LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Fiserv, Inc… Fiserv operates the STAR network…

h ttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Frank_Bisignano

Frank J. Bisignano (born August 9, 1959) is an American businessman and the President and CEO of Fiserv. He previously served as the CEO of First Data Corporation and the COO of JPMorgan Chase.

What a small world it is at the top.

Starting in 1994, he held a number of executive positions at Citigroup, with American Banker writing that “he got his payments industry bona fides at Citi by running its massive global transaction services unit.” In 2004 the publication Treasury and Risk named him one of the “100 most influential people in finance.”

Hired as CAO of JPMorgan Chase in 2005, CEO Jamie Dimon “trusted him with integrating the bank’s purchases of a foundering Bear Stearns Cos. and bankrupt Washington Mutual Inc. during the crisis.” Bisignano was also a primary negotiator in JPMorgan’s acquisition of the Canary Wharf property in London, and CEO for several of JPMorgan’s mortgage banking divisions. In 2012 he was promoted to co-COO, and the Financial Times called him “one of [JPMorgan]s most influential, yet least visible, executives.”

One of the powers behind the financial throne, then. He’s one of the major merger experts that have built the Global American Empire into its current form of a Usury-Industrial Complex.

In December of 2022 Bisignano singed a new contract with Fiserv to serve as president and CEO until 2027.

And one of the first results of that contract is California using Fiserv to launder money out of the state ledger in the names of its people. Literally. Although it was probably his predecessor, Jeffrey Yabuki, who went on to yet another financialist merger/acquisition holdings corporation called Motive, who arranged this particular money laundering deal with the Pelosi Cartel.

Based in New York City, Bisignano started his career as VP of both Shearson Lehman Brothers and First Fidelity Bank.

Wait, what? LEHMAN BROTHERS?! Those guys aren’t all in prison?

h ttps://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shearson#Shearson_Lehman_Brothers

In 1984, American Express acquired the investment banking and trading firm, Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb, and added it to the Shearson family, creating Shearson Lehman/American Express.

When Harvey Golub became CEO of American Express in 1993, he negotiated the sale of Shearson’s retail brokerage and asset management business to Primerica. Primerica’s Sanford I. Weill had been the architect of what had become Shearson/American Express in the 1960s and 1970s building up his small firm Cogan, Berlind, Weill & Levitt into one of the largest brokerage firms in the US. The Shearson business was merged with Primerica’s Smith Barney to create Smith Barney Shearson. Ultimately, the Shearson name was dropped in 1994.

Golub was one of Sanford Weill’s proteges. Weill, a son of ((Polish immigrants)), started at Bear Stearns but instead of managing any accounts, he decided to sit at a desk and become a billionaire with his friends instead.

And it worked. Just like that. Stop asking questions!

In 1994, American Express spun off of the remaining investment banking and institutional businesses as Lehman Brothers. In 2008, the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers ended that firm.

And in spectacular fashion, too. Let me quote from previous:  Starting in 1994, [Bisignano] held a number of executive positions at Citigroup. The guy’s department got spun off and the poor fellow ended up a multiple-position executive at Citigroup instead of following his company into the dumpster fire.

Whatever. These banksters are all the same and now, they’re financializing even the ledgers of… a state government run by a certain crime family that recently wore diapers to a hammer fight.

More like the California “Better For Banksters Act”. Oh wait, that’s right! Nancy Pelosi isn’t going to be a Congressman much longer! That means she can’t do her own money laundering anymore! There’s going to be many new “financial service providers” in California soon.

I Don’t Buy The Bryan Kohberger Narrative

How do they find each other? A pedophile wanders into a new city, doesn’t know anybody. Knows that if the normal people he walks past ever learn about his “hobby” then he’s seen his last sunrise. How does he identify his fellow pedos and network with them?

They obviously do, with high accuracy, and not just pedos. The Deep State, for example. If you’re the sociopathic head of Three-Letter Agency, how do you figure out which of your minions will follow “the important orders”?

It’s not a question to be answered by guessing.

Which brings me to the quadruple murder a couple months ago in Moscow, Idaho. There was always a lot that didn’t add up in the story, and now that it’s rushing to a conclusion, it’s REALLY not adding up. I don’t have any hard evidence; I do have observations; and I reach a theory at the end that if true, explains everything and more.

The crime scene was, of course, the first puzzle.

Blood-soaked Idaho crime scene ‘major challenge’ for investigators: expert

h ttps://www.foxnews.com/us/blood-soaked-idaho-idaho-crime-scene-major-challenge-investigators-expert

By Rebecca Rosenberg, 23 November 2022

The blood-soaked crime scene where four University of Idaho students were brutally murdered more than one week ago is a “major challenge” for investigators, an expert told Fox News Digital.

“From a blood evidence standpoint, this is a profoundly bloody scene,” said Joseph Scott Morgan, distinguished scholar of applied forensics at Jacksonville State University. “It’s going to be a very complicated case when you go through blood evidence, when you go to do DNA typing. It’s a major challenge.”

Ethan Chapin, 20, Xana Kernodle, 20, Madison Mogen, 21, and Kaylee Goncalves, 21, were stabbed to death Nov. 13 between 3 and 4 a.m. in a rental house near campus in Moscow, Idaho.

Police believe the victims, who were found on the second and third floors, were ambushed in their sleep.

The Moscow Police Department has yet to identify a suspect in the horrific crime or determine whether there was more than one assailant.

Of course there was more than one assailant. One cannot reliably murder another with a knife, without a real risk of their waking up and getting a scream off or some other noise that would wake a housemate. No lone wolf deliberately chooses to be outnumbered by his victims, expecting to messily kill them one at a time, and then expect to escape safely.

The choice of weapon (knife) and target (college girls) would normally make this a textbook crime of passion. But that doesn’t fit, either. One perp is the jilted lover of three chicks and a dude? This is Idaho, not Oakland.

Was the killer known to his victim? If so then he killed three additional people at great risk for no gain. If he didn’t know any of the victims then the lone wolf  could have picked a much easier target. Neither shoe fits. For a solo killer known to the victim or not, amateur or experienced, passionate or deliberate, this is not a reasonable crime scene.

Thus, multiple attackers. Had this happened in an inner city, “gang hit” would have been everybody’s first thought.

Each of the students was stabbed multiple times in the chest area, likely by the same weapon, and at least one victim had defensive wounds, according to Latah County Coroner Cathy Mabbutt.

The perps weren’t even trying for a quiet kill.

In stabbing cases, perpetrators often injure themselves, said Joseph Giacalone, an adjunct professor at John Jay College of Criminal Justice and a retired NYPD sergeant.

“If you’re stabbing and hit the bone, the knife kicks back, and your hand gets sliced,” he said. Morgan added that it could be very difficult to isolate a sample of the killer’s DNA if he left one behind.

About that DNA sample…

5 January 2023

BOISE, Idaho (AP) — The DNA of the man accused of killing four University of Idaho students was found on a knife sheath recovered at the crime scene, and cellphone data shows that he was in the area of the victims’ home multiple times in the months before the November attack, an investigator said in court documents unsealed Thursday.

They found the sheath but not the knife? How were there no fingerprints on it, it obviously being left by accident? How did they know it belonged to the perp? Maybe because no victim had a knife… but that’s still guesswork.

According to the newly unsealed court documents, traces of DNA from a lone male later determined to be Kohberger were found on the button of a leather knife sheath found in the rental home where the victims were killed. Investigators later closely matched the DNA on the sheath to DNA found in trash taken from Kohberger’s parents’ home in Pennsylvania, where he was arrested last week.

Of all the places to find DNA at THAT crime scene, a knife sheath tossed aside before the stabby started is the least plausible. But if somebody wanted to plant the murder weapon at the scene… but not the ACTUAL murder weapon… the sheath would be a logical choice.

There’s been enough time, the crime scene has been released for cleanup, that any DNA there to be found, has been found. And all they have is the perp’s blood on an empty sheath that they somehow know beyond reasonable doubt was brought in by the killer? No second source from a hand cut? Was the perp wearing gloves to prevent fingerprints, and if so, what part of him might have dripped that blood?

The court documents also detail a surviving roommate’s chilling encounter with a masked intruder the night of the stabbings. But the documents still leave many questions unanswered, including whether Kohberger and the victims knew each other and why police weren’t called to the home until nearly eight hours after the killings likely occurred.

Two other housemates were at home during the Nov. 13 killings, but were not physically harmed, according to the affidavit written by Brett Payne, a police corporal in Moscow, Idaho.

  1. They were there.

  2. They weren’t harmed.

  3. They didn’t call the cops.

They either knew the perps or were hiding crimes of their own.

Investigators recently made a breakthrough, however, after analyzing DNA evidence and searching for a white sedan that was seen around the time of the killings.

Investigators recently made a breakthrough after Anonymous Conservative made a post, which went viral, describing how two of the girls were being professionally surveilled in the hours preceding their murders. I don’t know if he’s right but the timing stinks.

Surveillance footage captured near the home showed a white sedan — later identified as a Hyundai Elantra — drove by the home three times in the early morning hours of Nov. 13, returning a fourth time at about 4:04 a.m. The car was next spotted on surveillance cameras leaving the victims home 16 minutes later “at a high rate of speed,” according to the affidavit. The same car was later spotted on a different camera headed toward Pullman, Washington — the town where Washington State University and Kohberger’s apartment are located.

Two thoughts. One, a car can have multiple occupants as easily as one.

Segue

h ttps://www.kxly.com/moscow-police-looking-for-occupants-of-car-near-king-street-on-nov-13/

7 December 2022

The Moscow Police Department is asking for the public’s help to identify people who were inside a white car around the time when four University of Idaho students were killed.

Police say based on tips and leads investigators have received, a white 2013 Hyundai Elantra was in the area of the home on King Street in the early morning of November 13.

Investigators believe the occupants of the car may have critical information to share in the murder case.

Plural, occupants. This could explain why law enforcement released two bodycam videos of Kohberger being pulled over on the long drive to his parents’ home with his father in the passenger seat, to provide a false herring with which to bury this lead.

End segue

And two, I am dubious that none of those surveillance cameras could grab the license plate… assuming they were traffic cameras not peoples’ doorbells, of course.

One of the uninjured housemates told investigators that she was woken by noises at about 4 a.m., and thought she heard another housemate say something like, “there’s someone here.” She looked outside her bedroom and didn’t see anything. Later she thought she heard crying coming from Kernodle’s room and looked outside again. That’s when she said she heard a male voice say something to the effect of, “it’s OK, I’m going to help you,” Payne wrote in the affidavit.

She later opened her door a third time and saw a masked man in black clothing whom she did not recognize walking toward her and stood in “frozen shock” as he walked past her toward a sliding glass door, the affidavit said. She went back in her room and locked the door.

Investigators believe the suspect then left the home. The document does not say what happened next at the home, or why police were not alerted for several more hours.

That’s not the truth. I don’t know what the truth is, but “Jason Voorhees saw me and left a witness alive instead of another kill” ain’t it.

Mental health experts say common physiological responses to frightening or traumatic experiences include an urge to fight, an urge to flee, or an urge to freeze.

Not for eight hours. The media is burying something BIG. I already knew that from the FBI’s early involvement, before there was any indicator of interstate activity, but this is confirmation, and I’ve already voiced what I think the big secret is.

There were more than one assailants.

h ttps://heavy.com/news/bryan-kohberger/

Bryan Kohberger posted on a Reddit thread about a research project that was studying the minds and feelings of criminals. The post was made to a subreddit on ex-cons.

In the now-deleted Reddit post, Kohberger wrote, in part, “My name is Bryan, and I am inviting you to participate in a research project that seeks to understand how emotions and psychological traits influence decision-making when committing a crime. In particular, this study seems to understand the story behind your most recent criminal offense, with an emphasis on your thoughts and feelings throughout your experience.”

Questions in the survey dig into whether a person committed their first crime when they were alone, whether they were employed, whether they were under the influence of drugs and alcohol, and more.

Other questions in the survey include, “How was your life right before the crime occurred?” and “Did you prepare for the crime before leaving your home? Please detail what you were thinking and feeling at this point” and “How did you travel to and enter the location that the crime occurred?” and “After arriving, what steps did you take prior to locating the victim or target (i.e., person or object)? Please detail your thoughts and feelings.”

“My knife sheath slipped off my belt even though I didn’t rape anybody. It made me feel guilty.”

He was getting a PhD in criminal psychology, worked as a security guard, had applied for police positions… nothing unusual in that. But that’s a disciplined mind, not a deranged mind to take risks like lone-wolfing 2/3 of a sorority house.

Kohberger is on record RECRUITING CRIMINALS for a ‘survey’. And then he committed a quadruple murder that no lone wolf type would have dared, for a reason that no police agency has attempted to give.

The following is my personal analysis and opinion. I surely have at least some parts wrong so none of it is meant as an accusation.

Really, I’m just for entertainment purposes.

The FBI is famous for its psychological profiling of criminals. The Deep State generally, is a state sponsor of terrorism in a very bullish market for such services. That means it needs quality recruits, and the average college grad can’t be trusted to obey quality orders such as “plant evidence” and “plug the leak”.

That was the real purpose of Kohberger’s study. Identifying recruits. Also, the real purpose of Kohberger. His background as provided, (read more of the Heavy link for details,) is pretty good for sociopathy.

The FBI having thus made a list of potential wetworkers, it came time to audition them. They arranged for four potentials to each commit one murder under controlled circumstances. Result, the FBI would both know that they would obey orders and possess damning evidence against them should they ever grow a conscience.

One or both of the surviving roommates arranged the crime scene & victims. Kohberger insisted on participating, drove the team to the house and they committed the murders with similar equipment in order to make it look like a single killer had done it. Running in a pack gave them the courage to enjoy the moment, hence why the scene looked like a crime of passion.

In the wake of the murders, local police were stymied (possibly because they had no reason to consider FOUR suspects) and the FBI came in quickly to ensure the investigation would fail.

h ttps://www.express.co.uk/news/us/1712858/idaho-murders-moscow-police-rumours-university-of-idaho-students-conspiracy-theories-dxus

Moscow Police knew immediately they needed help, so they called Idaho State Police and requested the investigation team.

The FBI got involved almost immediately and have set up a command post in the parking lot of the Moscow Police Department.

But then the investigation got the 4chan crowdfunding treatment.

h ttps://www.spokesman.com/stories/2022/dec/09/people-could-be-charged-social-media-rumors-about-/

Investigators have continued to urge people to refrain from spreading rumors and speculation online, saying the Moscow Police Department is the only source of official information.

“Investigators have been monitoring online activity related to this ongoing and active case and are aware of the large amount of rumors and misinformation being shared as well as harassing and threating behavior toward potentially involved parties,” a Friday news release reads. “Anyone engaging in threats or harassment whether in person, online or otherwise needs to understand that they could be subjecting themselves to criminal charges.”

While not releasing much information on the investigation, the department has debunked dozens of rumors related to the case in news releases over the last month. The Moscow Police Department website has multiple sections dedicated to rumor control.

The misinformation, accusations and rumors are a “major disservice” to the Moscow community, victims’ families and the people consuming them, said Aaron Snell, communications director of the Idaho State Patrol.

Some of Moscow Rumor Control’s efforts were reasonable… an Internet psychic fingered a college professor and didn’t read the resulting cease & desist mailings… but others were not. Pro-tip to Idaho law enforcement, if you want your investigation to be credible then don’t let the FBI in right at the start. Remember the Steele Dossier? Hunter Biden’s laptop? Epstein Island? NASCAR nooses? One news source said there were more FBI agents than cops & state troopers combined, working this case. But the police chief insists that this was ‘his’ investigation.

Anyway.

The FBI’s pre-event surveillance being found out, however, they feared the whole thing would unravel and improvised a contingency plan. Kohberger volunteered (probably with considerable promises & threats) to be fingered. Not only was he the most obvious member of the team, owning the car that was used, he could continue his recruitment work from inside the prison system, so it wouldn’t be a complete loss of talent.

FBI planted the sheath at the scene, retaining the bloody knife itself in order to ensure Kohberger’s loyalty. Perhaps they intend to invalidate the sheath as evidence later on. Kohberger did not resist extradition and is going through the motions. The media is loudly pointing out Kohberger’s character flaws. And three murderers are now made men in the Deep State, with more ‘recommendations’ to come.

The defenders of the innocent have grown so thin that we’re now being hunted by packs of predators.

Although there are gaps in what police know about the day four University of Idaho students were murdered in November, they are confident of one major detail.

“We truly believe we have the individual that committed these crimes,” Moscow Police Department Chief James Fry said Friday, according to Fox News, after he was asked Friday whether there were any possible accomplices to the crime.

There’s a lot they don’t know from the motive to the weapon(s) to why the survivors didn’t call the cops, but they’re CERTAIN that there was only one perp who acted completely alone.

You Aren’t Supposed To Believe the Lies

The question routinely comes up, do Marxists believe the lies they preach? The answer is that the lie is not the point. Your self-damnation is the point.

We live in a society that is completely saturated in lies. (If you disagree then good news, I’m about to explain why your closest allies secretly hate your stinking guts.) These lies are created by, I call them the architects, the inner circle of Totalism. Or Leftism, Marxism, militant atheism, you know what I’m talking about.

(Incidentally, an indicator of spiritual activity is stuff that humans have trouble naming. Move over prostitutes, humanity’s oldest profession is taxonomy per Biblical accounts of Eden. The very first thing we humans do with newly discovered chunks of Creation is label it, so when something… here, the demonic belief system that Karl Marx has become an idol for… is very difficult for us to describe, even after we understand what it is, it’s probably because the thing is not a natural part of the reality we inhabit.)

The glue that holds together a Totalist society, what I call a hive, is loyalty. I don’t mean loyalty to anything in particular. I mean loyalty as an end in itself, which is a really stupid idea because like most social behaviors, it’s supposed to be a two-way street. The serf is loyal to the Baron and in return, the Baron feeds and shelters the serf. I am loyal to Christ and in return, Christ will both rescue me from death and perfect my flawed character. If Christ or Baron was of no benefit to me then why would I remain loyal? Altruism is a sin.

In the Totalist system, then, the measurement of loyalty is of critical importance. But the purpose of a Totalist system is not to benefit the loyal. Its purpose, like all works of the devil, is to steal, kill and destroy.

Thus, Totalist society focuses on monitoring obedience to lies in order to inflict suffering upon the obedient. This leads to four classifications of people:

Outsider: doesn’t believe the lie, doesn’t obey the lie.

Most people: doesn’t believe but obeys.

Useful idiot: believes and obeys.

Architect: believes but doesn’t obey. While the architect does not believe the lies that he creates, all of them believe in the foundational lie that the truth doesn’t matter… then proceed to demand that THEIR truth DOES matter. The architect sees blind obedience to arbitrary beliefs as a path to personal power, and chooses that path for himself, knowing that by doing so, he can never be a legitimate authority.

A perfect display of this was the Covid Plandemic. Fauci was the architect, omnipresent, jumping from one crafted lie to the next, testing whether the people would jump whenever he said frog. The people who obeyed were IN and the people who didn’t were OUT. If you noticed he was a shameless hypocrite then you either despised him for it or he became your role model of everything a conscienceless sociopath could achieve.

A conscienceless sociopath like YOU, if you have sufficient Nietzschean “will to power”. The key to getting there is knowing the system is all lies but instead of denouncing those lies, you appropriate them to YOUR advantage instead of Fauci’s advantage. Then Satan will claim you as one of his own.

Meanwhile and the point this post, notice that one of the four classifications is an insult. The architect despises the useful idiot as much as the outsider does but for different reasons. The outsider despises the idiot for being unable or unwilling to identify the lie as a lie.

The architect despise the idiot because like his father the devil, his ultimate goal in rebellion is not to appear righteous, but to appear UNrighteous yet be acknowledged as righteous. Neither he nor the spirit he serves values the idiot who, although doing evil, sincerely believes that he is doing good.

He respects the outsider for being aware and refusing to be manipulated. He values, as only the Original Rebel can, the man who admits to himself “this leader is illegitimate but I will obey him regardless”. That self-damnation is the ultimate goal of Totalism.

But the useful idiot? Oppose Satan and he will hate you; be stupid enough to confuse Satan with Jesus, expect special treatment.

Here’s an example to drive home the point.

Why you should never say someone is ‘on the right side of history’

h ttps://www.azcentral.com/story/opinion/op-ed/2022/12/30/never-say-policies-on-the-right-side-of-history/69763675007/

By Jon Gabriel, 30 December 2022

In 1910, Dmitri was a conscientious church deacon who fully supported Czar Nicholas II. Was Deacon Dmitri on the “right side of history?” Sure … at least until 1917, when Nicholas was forced to abdicate and was later shot. I suppose the deacon was on the wrong side of history from then on.

His brother Ivan joined the Bolsheviks in 1910, so surely was on the right side of history – at least once the revolution was secured. He soon became an officer in the Cheka, was given a roomy Moscow apartment and enjoyed the perks of party membership. Dmitri ended up in the Gulag; Ivan grew fat and happy.

Dmitri was outsider. Ivan was obedient. Did Ivan believe the lies? The hive of Moscow could only check whether he was obedient, not whether he was a believer.

During Stalin’s terror, Ivan watched nearly half of his friends – loyal Bolsheviks all – purged via the bullet or the labor camp. He gently raised concerns to an NKVD comrade, who turned him in. All of a sudden, Ivan was back on the wrong side of history despite never changing his views.

What DID change, is Ivan outed himself as a true believer…

Pampered Ivan didn’t survive long but Dmitri did. After his release and internal exile, he remained loyal to the church and prayed for Ivan’s soul and the end of communism. At the ripe old age of 101, he saw the USSR collapse.

Looks like Dmitri was on the right side of history after all!

…and quickly suffered a worse fate than the outsider. The Soviet leaders wanted Ivan to be enforcing what he KNEW to be lies and evils, thereby damning his soul just as they were damning their own souls, and when they found out he was actually trying to his best to be GOOD, they were more cruel than they had been to righteous Dmitri.

So then, the lies that your Marxist overlords tell you? It’s not about BELIEVING the lies. It’s about OBEYING the lies.

You don’t want to BELIEVE the lies. The devil would take that personally. The devil’s goal is for the world to publicly do evil with pride, and privately hate themselves for it, and to achieve that, the devil will happily contradict himself by preaching mutually exclusive lies. If you can support them all at the same time then you’re not a stupid Ivan.

You’re a soul damned to Hell.

My 2023 Prediction: Bitcoin War In El Salvador

Making predictions is a difficult task for the Kremlinologist. I usually need the ‘what’ to happen in order to have info with which to figure out the ‘why’. But as with science, the hallmark of knowing what you’re talking about is the ability to call the shots.

My apologies for not having blogged much on El Salvador specifically and Central America generally. There is a great color revolution going on right now; GAE is using the international gangs to destabilize those national governments. You already saw it happen in the headlines, that Haiti’s government has collapsed into ‘anarchy’…

Haiti remains in ‘acute political and institutional crisis’, Security Council hears

h ttps://news.un.org/en/story/2022/02/1112262

Special Representative Helen La Lime, who also heads the UN Integrated Office in Haiti (BINUH), outlined the need for structural reforms to tackle gang violence, address impunity and corruption, strengthen the justice system and sustainably transform the economy.

“The contours of a common vision shared by all, will ultimately depend on Haitian stakeholders placing the national interest above their own aspirations,” she said. “Success will be determined by their collective willingness to compromise”.

Meanwhile, gang violence “continues to plunge major urban centres into lawlessness and grief.”

We gringos saw this for ourselves in 2020 with Antifa and BLM. Problem: anarchy in the streets. Solution: bankster-imposed Climate Change.

“Criminal armed groups have a strong hold on the economic and social lives of millions…Their indiscriminate use of abduction, murder, as well as sexual and gender-based violence, as a means to terrorize local populations in the fight to extend their territorial control is particularly abhorrent”, she explained.

Question: How do you know this isn’t a simple police action?

Answer: Cui Bono.

Against this backdrop, the UN and [new] Haitian Government have jointly resolved to strengthen international support, epitomized by the imminent creation of a multi-donor basket fund.

“The gang phenomenon cannot be addressed through policing alone”, Ms. La Lime explained…

h ttps://www.loc.gov/item/global-legal-monitor/2022-07-28/haiti-new-criminal-code-comes-into-force/

The new Criminal Code will make significant changes to Haitian criminal law, notably in its effect on women, children, and sexual minorities. Abortion, for example, whether done by food, beverage, medicine, or violent means was previously illegal. The new Criminal Code will legalize abortion carried out in a recognized public or private clinic for a gestation period of up to 12 weeks, or in cases of rape, incest, or danger to the life of the mother. Sexual assault of a child under 15 years old was previously punishable by either 15 years of hard labor (in lieu of the 10-year sentence for sexual assault in general) or a life sentence of hard labor if the abuser was in a position of authority over the child. The new Criminal Code will add penalties for child prostitution, and includes a 15- to 20-year sentence for the rape of a child under 15 years of age. Crimes committed on the basis of a person’s real or presumed sexual orientation are now considered aggravating factors in sentencing. The new Criminal Code will also establish repeated sexual harassment as a crime…

Other major changes to Haitian criminal law through the decree will include the addition of crimes against humanity as a class of offenses.

GAE won.

On June 22, 2022, the Haitian newspaper Le National reported that the executive branch of the Haitian government had postponed bringing into force the new Code Pénal (Criminal Code) of Haiti from June 24, 2022, to June 24, 2024… The Haitian Conference of Bishops denounced the new Criminal Code for bringing what they viewed as foreign values into Haitian law, and a petition was launched calling on the president to revoke the new law, claiming it promoted homosexuality and lowered the age of consent to 15.

Eh, they kinda won. The priests who directly engage the ghettos of Squatemala are a tough breed. It’s fascinating that both the least and most intellectually capable people can recognize evil while the Normals never get a clue. That means even Satan does market research. Heck, he probably invented it.

Anyway, the Haitian gang violence will continue until the new government gets implemented, which means this ‘gang anarchy’ is actually a Hegelian dialetic.

Meanwhile, El Salvador has been trying very hard, and successfully, to avoid their own Hegelian dialetic. This is a typical headline:

In El Salvador, a Tough Anti-Gang Crackdown Proves Popular

h ttps://www.usnews.com/news/world/articles/2022-12-27/in-el-salvador-a-tough-anti-gang-crackdown-proves-popular

By AP, 27 December 2022

SAN SALVADOR, El Salvador (AP) — For decades, El Salvador’s main street gangs, Barrio 18 and the MS-13, have extorted money from nearly everyone and taken violent revenge against those who don’t pay. The gangs, which have been estimated to count some 70,000 members, have long controlled swaths of territory and extorted and killed with impunity.

Nine months into a state of emergency declared by President Nayib Bukele to fight street gangs, El Salvador has seen more than 1,000 documented human rights abuses and about 90 deaths of prisoners in custody. And Bukele’s popularity ratings have soared.

All is well… no?

More than 60,000 people have been arrested under the measures, which suspend the right of association, the right to be informed of the reason for an arrest and access to a lawyer. The government also can intervene in the telephone calls and mail of anyone it considers a suspected gang member. The time someone can be held without charge has been extended from three days to 15 days.

Rights activists say young men are frequently arrested just based on their age, on their appearance or whether they live in a gang-dominated slum. The country’s human rights official, Raquel Caballero, said 2,100 people have been released after arrest because they had no ties to the street gangs.

Why are Salvadorans putting up with seemingly unending renewals of one-month emergency decrees that limit constitutional rights and allow police and soldiers wide latitude in searches, arrests and pre-trial detention?

Because 58k/60k is a 97% success rate, the poor don’t suffer protection rackets,  murders are way down, what’s not to like?

Juan Pappier, the acting associate director for the Americas at Human Rights Watch, said it was an error to think that “you can achieve success based on massive violations of human rights,” arguing that mass roundups won’t dismantle the gangs’ organizational structures.

The boldfaces proves that Pappier is a particularly hypocritical Marxist.

Bukele is defiant in the face of such criticisms, writing in his Twitter account: “They are afraid we will be successful, and that other governments will want to copy it.”

AND OTHER GOVERNMENTS DID!

Honduras declares state of emergency against gang crime

h ttps://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory/honduras-declares-state-emergency-gang-crime-93970638

By Marlon Gonzalez for AP, 25 November 2022

TEGUCIGALPA, Honduras — Honduras became the second country in Central America to declare a state of emergency to fight gang crimes like extortion.

For years, street gangs have charged protection money from bus and taxi drivers and store owners in Honduras, as in neighboring El Salvador.

If this has been the situation for years then why is the government taking drastic action now?

“This social democratic government is declaring war on extorsion, just as it has, since the first day, declared wars on corruption, impunity and drug trafficking,” Castro said. The measure must still be approved by Congress. “We are going to eradicate extortion in every corner of our country.”

On Friday,  supported the move, saying bus drivers were tired of being threatened and killed for not paying protection money. Lanza said drivers had been asking for a crackdown for years.

“We can’t put up any longer with workers being killed and paying extortion,” Lanza said. “We hope these measures work and remain in place.”

[Jorge Lanza the leader of the bus operators in Honduras,] said that 50 drivers have been killed [for not paying protection money] so far in 2022, and a total of 2,500 have been killed over the last 15 years. He estimated the companies and drivers have paid an average of about $10 million per month to the gangs in order to operate.

[A similar] measure has proved popular among the public in [neighboring] El Salvador, and has resulted in the arrest of more than 56,000 people for alleged gang ties.

The Associated Press lied. This crackdown isn’t about bus drivers facing protection rackets. It’s spillover from their neighbor; the gangs are using Honduras as a safe haven from Salvadoran crackdowns. THAT is why they’re finally addressing the problem.

Bukele is currently my favorite politician on the planet. While he still (officially) plans to rely upon Dumbocracy to maintain his authority in 2024, his current enjoyment of emergency powers gives me hope.

So, GAE has a problem: MS-13 destabilization is not working in El Salvador and the latter is now inspiring copycats. Worse, the latter is a nonparticiant with BOTH the Swift and BRICS banking systems. GAE believes it must act; here’s the smoking gun, from both sides of the U.S. Congress:

Cassidy, Risch, Menendez Introduce Legislation to Mitigate Risks of El Salvador’s Adoption of Bitcoin

h ttps://www.cassidy.senate.gov/newsroom/press-releases/cassidy-risch-menendez-introduce-legislation-to-mitigate-risks-of-el-salvadors-adoption-of-bitcoin

16 February 2022

U.S. Senators Bill Cassidy, M.D. (R-LA), Jim Risch (R-ID), and Bob Menendez (D-NJ) today introduced the Accountability for Cryptocurrency in El Salvador (ACES) Act to require the State Department to write a report on El Salvador’s recognition of Bitcoin, a cryptocurrency, as an accepted currency within the country. The State Department report would study the dangers of this law regarding cybersecurity, economic stability, and democratic governance in El Salvador, as well as the potential risks to the U.S. economy.

“El Salvador recognizing Bitcoin as official currency opens the door for money laundering cartels and undermines U.S. interests,” said Dr. Cassidy. “If the United States wishes to combat money laundering

and preserve the role of the dollar as a reserve currency of the world, we must tackle this issue head on.”

“El Salvador’s adoption of Bitcoin as legal tender raises significant concerns about the economic stability and financial integrity of a vulnerable U.S. trading partner in Central America,” said Sen. Risch. “This new policy has the potential to weaken U.S. sanctions policy, empowering malign actors like China and organized criminal organizations. Our bipartisan legislation seeks greater clarity on El Salvador’s policy and requires the administration to mitigate potential risk to the U.S. financial system.”

Torres, Crawford Introduce Bill to Mitigate Risks of El Salvador’s Adoption of Bitcoin as Legal Currency

h ttps://torres.house.gov/media-center/press-releases/torres-crawford-introduce-bill-mitigate-risks-el-salvador-s-adoption

4 April 2022

Congresswoman Norma J. Torres (D-CA-35), Chair of the Central America Caucus, and Congressman Rick Crawford (R-AR-01), Ranking Member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence’s Subcommittee on Counterterrorism, Counterintelligence, and Counterproliferation, today introduced the Accountability for Cryptocurrency in El Salvador (ACES) Act to mitigate the risks to the United States of El Salvador’s adoption of Bitcoin as legal currency.

“Global financial institutions have studied and detailed the numerous risks of El Salvador’s adoption of Bitcoin, and the international community acknowledges the potential danger,” said Congresswoman Torres. “El Salvador is an independent democracy and we respect its right to self-govern, but the United States must have a plan in place to protect our financial systems from the risks of this decision, which appears to be a careless gamble rather than a thoughtful embrace of innovation.”

TORRES EXPLICITLY ADMITTED SHE WAS ATTEMPTING TO VIOLATE A SOVEREIGN NATION’S INTERNAL DECISIONS.

GAE needs to converge El Salvador in order to end Bitcoin’s threat to their petrodollar surveillance state. The criminal-gang color revolution isn’t working, the 2024 elections are imposing a time limit and Bukele don’t do dhimmi:

Why I love Bukele, is that he didn’t just talk smack in response to that naked threat of bankster intervention. He proceeded to THIS:

President Nayib Bukele hosts 44 countries in El Salvador to discuss Bitcoin

h ttps://www.cryptopolitan.com/president-nayib-bukele-has-44-nations-on-btc/

By Florence Muchai, 16 May 2022

El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele announced on Twitter that Monday, 16 May 2022, 32 central banks and 12 financial authorities from 44 nations would convene in El Salvador. The meeting will address financial inclusion, the digital economy, banking the unbanked, El Salvador’s Bitcoin adoption, and its opportunities in the country.

Bukele’s tweets arrive days after the Twitter feed “Bitcoin Beach” announced that several countries have flown to El Salvador, officially confirming the meeting. On 13 May 2022, the Twitter account for Bitcoin Beach announced that central bankers from Angola, Armenia, Bangladesh, Burundi, Congo, Costa Rica, Egypt, Gambia, Ghana, India, Namibia, Senegal, Sudan, Uganda, Zambia, and 25 other developing nations would fly to El Salvador.

YES! YES! YES! When Evil, Inc. tells you that it’s going to come after you, the correct next step is recruiting allies who are themselves, less than thrilled at how Evil has treated them. Who knew that so many nations are interested in a banking option that’s neither GAE nor China?

h ttps://bitcoinbeachroatan.com

We believe in Bitcoin, not blockchain. Bitcoin, not crypto. Bitcoin, not Defi. Bitcoin, not Web3. Bitcoin, not CBDCs. Bitcoin, not centralized neo-banks that sell you fractional-reserve paper bitcoin.

Oh yeah, baby! Shots fired!

My prediction for 2023: GAE will attack El Salvador directly. It must, in order to survive.
